Abstract
- The article focuses on a study which aims to track the repopulation of B cell subsets in peripheral blood as well as their subsequent homing into salivary glands in patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome treated with rituximab. The results of the study show that treatment with rituximab may be less effective at purging B cells from sites of disease in affected tissues.
