Abstract
- The article shows the relationship of lending needles/syringes with HIV-negative and unknown status injector partners among HIV positive injection drug users (IDUs). Results shows that 18% of participants self-reported that they lent their needles to HIV-negative or unknown status injection partners. It mentions that the multivariate analyses shows that six variables are significantly associated with this high-risk injecting practice.
