Abstract

The article presents a review of the developments in the control of tired-cord steels inclusions. Techniques employed during the production process are also being reviewed. Moreover, a discussion tire cord steel segregation and inclusion requirements is also provided for. Control methods like electromagnetic stirring on continuous casting are surveyed as well.
