Abstract
- The article presents several cases related to human rights from the European Court of Human Rights in Europe. The case of Klein v. Slovakia centers on the criticism by Klein, who is a journalist, against Slovak Archbishop of the Roman Catholic Church, which was declared by the court as admissible. In the case of EEG-Slachthuis Verbist v. Belgium, EEG-Slachthuis accuses that the Law of March 23, 1998 had been enacted in breach of several provisions of the human rights convention. Meanwhile, the court find the case as inadmissible.
