Abstract
- Discusses the effects of mutations in apyrase conserved region determined by whether they occur in intact tetrameres or in disrupted tetrameres or monomers. Result of substitution in tetrameres lacking either transmembrane domain and in monomers lacking transmembrane domains; Varied adenosine triphosphatase and adenosine diphosphatase mechanisms used by CD39.
