Trabalhador idoso no mercado de trabalho: cluster é uma alternativa?

This essay focus on the reinsertion of aging worker, specialized worker, connected to the productive sector of micro, small and middle companies, with satisfaction and dignity in cluster, defined for this study as community. It advocates the acquired experience by aging people during the years as a knowledge multiplier, bringing as consequence the permanence of new generations on their communities, resulting on a sustainable development, and on a secondary but a still important way, the valorization and perpetuation of local culture. The study of this question is justified by necessity of a great commitment and effort from each society sector on creation of a new paradigm to the work, with the aging people reinsertion, together the young workers insertion. An effort which will preserve the competitiveness market benefits with clear rules and borders, keeping the human development and the equity as main objectives, which enlarges the child and the young formation focus to the market job, creating conditions to the post-life cycle, on which is the aging people, that is abandoned in many aspects of their life in society, specially by family, and about financial resources for a dignified survival.
