Abstract: The article reports that the law firm Jenner & Block LLP has filed a classaction lawsuit against Pinnacle Group claiming that Pinnacle fraudulently inflated rents, failed to make needed repairs and groundlessly harassed tenants. The public advocate Betsy Gotbaum said the lawsuit will affect about 21,000 tenants living in the more than 400 Pinnacle-owned buildings in New York City.
