Report of the Council for the session 2006 August 1 to 2007 July 31.

The article presents the annual Report and Accounts of the Council of the British Astronomical Association (BAA) for the year ended July 31, 2007. The BAA Web site is considered a major service of the organization, using the Star Count project and the Sky At Night 50th anniversary. The services of its Library have been suspended, while the office is relocated at Hallam Court. The Council's Solar Section has enjoyed an active year and welcome 19 new members across the session.
