New Rural Construction and the Chinese Path.

The article discusses the concept of rural construction strategy based on the realization of the difficulties of urbanization in China. It is stated that the new rural construction strategy aims to make use of state investment to alleviate the severe problems caused by rural deterioration. This study is intended to enable the rural population to also enjoy the benefits of modernization in the country. It is indicated that the conceptualization of new rural construction reveals an association with social and cultural construction.
