- The article reports on a contract to provide banking services to state-owned Vietnam Postal Saving Service Co. signed by Citibank. Citibank claimed that the partnership will allow millions of Vietnamese people using Vietnam Postal's network in more than 3,000 district-level post offices to make payments to firms that are banking with Citibank.
