Abstract
- Considers the patient with known coronary artery disease and the effects of angiography. The coronary angiography given because of progressive dyspnoea and angina; The patient having had coronary bypass surgery with three vein grafts; The resulting confusion and loss of vision after the angiography; The suspicion of bilateral cortical blindness.
