Abstract: The article presents a case of a 12-year-old spayed female mixed-breed dog having a medical history of a back problem. The physical examination revealed that the dog's trunk swayed back and forth irregularly and having signs of dysmetria in all limbs. Statistical data of the dog's neurologic examination results is tabulated. Meanwhile, the diagnosis of the problems is also discussed.
