Abstract

The article focuses on outsourcing, as well as the economic effect of Indian firms on the U.S. work force. Particular attention is given to the political rights of Indian outsourcing companies, which are lobbying in the U.S. and are humanizing their issues by using Americans in their meetings with politicians. The author reports that the Indian outsourcing industry has mastered waging proxy battles through local organizations, which allows them to not appear as foreigners with an agenda.
