The company has developed a technology that integrates extraction of total proteins from FFPE samples with cryptic digestion. Other companies that provide tissue isolation include QIAGEN and EMD Chemicals which offer systems chemically reverse formalin crosslinking and post-transnational modifications (PTMs) for phosphorylation and acetylation of proteins.
