Abstract: Information on popular music in Liechtenstein from chapter 6 of the book "Continuum Encyclopedia of Popular Music of the World" is presented. The classical composer Joseph Gabriel Rheinberger is the only famous musician from Liechteinstein. The country does not have specific folk music traditions that differ from those of the neighboring Switzerland and Austria. It cites non-professional or semi-professional music activities in the country.
