- The article offers news briefs related to the mining industries. Sandvik AB has developed a new strategy to deal with the modern mining and construction business. FLSmidth & Co. A/S has acquired the materials handling-related assets of RAHCO International Inc. in March 2007. Furthermore, Dyno Nobel Ltd. has signed an agreement to acquire a 50% stake in Sasol Dyno Nobel, a blast-initiation systems manufacturer.
