- The article offers information about the political campaign of presidential candidate Joseph R. Biden in Iowa for the 2008 U.S. presidential election. Introducing himself to a crowd on July 2, 2007 in Iowa, Biden said that he wants to live in the U.S. White House because he wants to be involved in forming decisions. In the campaign, Biden spent much of his time talking about his candidacy and biography.
