Abstract: The article reports on the misrepresentation of Hispanic Americans in the Mayor Michael Bloomberg's administration in New York. Accordingly, Angelo Falcon of the National Institute for Latino Policy stated that the complaints concerning the misrepresentation in the mayor's administration and other city agencies has been ignored, comprising only 23 percent of the city's labor force.
