Abstract
- The article discusses a road trip across the U.S. for teens. Tanya Walters, a bus driver, formed the charity group Godparents Youth Organization to take troubled teens from impoverished neighborhoods on trips to inspire them. Freddy Blackshire, a teenager on the trip, describes how he was changed by visits to the Civil Rights Institute and the Grand Canyon.
