In this article the author examines foreign relations as they existed in 2007 between Great Britain and Russia. The attractions of London as a refuge for wealthy Russian expatriates is discussed, the author suggesting that many of the emigres might be criminals. British prosecution of the murder of Alexander Litvinenko is discussed.
