Abstract
- The article focuses on an effort to improve the Internet by the National Science Foundation with Global Environment for Network Innovations (GENI). Researchers at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the University of California at Berkeley and University of Southern California have joined computer scientist Larry L. Peterson from Princeton University to work on the Internet flaws. The need for improvements with the Internet reflects the number of people utilizing it. Pictorial and graphical representations are used to display the measures of Internet trouble. Information is given for security on the Internet as well as manageability and reliability.
