Abstract

The article discusses the case of a 1-month-old Hispanic boy who developed erythroderma with the suspicion of seborrheic dermatitis or atopic dermatitis. The first lesions developed 5 days before on the palms and spread to the entire body. A generalized squamous erythroderma was revealed by physical examination. The patient was treated with topical permethrin 5% cream.
