Abstract
- The article offers news briefs relating to pollution control in the U.S. Wastewater treatment permit regulations are in the process of being amended by the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality. An electronic spill reporting was implemented in Colorado. Connecticut governor M. Jodi Rell intends to pass a legislation limiting the amount of carbon dioxide emission from electric power plants.
