Abstract

This article discusses how politicians posture themselves and how they foster their public image in the press. The author suggests that Leader of the Conservative Party David Cameron's biking and the Mayor of London, England Ken Livingstone's riding the bus are all part of a strategy to appear as ordinary citizens.
