Abstract

The article talks about quarterback Brady Quinn's workout activities. He starts with postural adjustments by making sure that his abs have been braced and his shoulder blades have been pulled back and down, which result to a stronger, faster and more resistant to injury athlete. Quinn performs every pullup with arms completely straight and squeezes shoulder blades together as he pulls his body up until his chin is above his knuckles. Quinn squats while holding the barbell in front of his body.
