Abstract

The article focuses on events involving politics and government in the U.S. The U.S.S.R. and U.S. have a tentative agreement about nuclear non-proliferation which would include Great Britain, France and China. Diplomatic relations between the U.S. and other countries are explored after the Manila Conference was held in the Philipines to negotiate a peace for the Vietnam War. Theories about the assassination of U.S. President John F. Kennedy are explored.
