Abstract
- Abstract: The most unstable modes encountered in relativistic electron beam plasma interaction are found for oblique wave vectors. We characterize these modes within the framework of the linear theory and explore temperature effects. Comparisons with 2D PIC simulation show a good agreement with the theory.
