Optimización del sistema de control de las pequeñas centrales hidroeléctricas (primera parte): Factores que dificultan la regulación.

The article discusses ways in dealing with problems related to the regulation of hydraulic turbines speed. It is noted that in some occasions, the problem is approached by means of the flow water applied to micro hydropower and mini hydropower systems. The author emphasizes that the same solutions are employed in the regulation of other industrial processes in which the dynamic behavior of the external systems have little influence on the control system.
