Abstract
- The article reports on the visit of Hollywood actor Richard Gere to Kathmandu, Nepal as part of his Tibetan work. He visited the Tibetan Refugee Reception Center that houses Tibetans fleeing from Chinese controlled Tibet until their journey to India is arranged. The center is under the supervision of the United Nations High Commission for Refugees.
