Abstract
- The article reports that U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Michael Gates arrived in Baghdad, Iraq on April 19, 2007 to force Iraqi prime minister Nuri Kamal al-Maliki to act faster for reconciliation between Sunnis and Shiites in Iraq. Gates said that he would also urge the Iraqi government to pass legislation related to sharing of revenue earned from the petroleum industry in Iraq.
