Abstract
- Importants fluctuations of the lake of Nicaragua levels had been observed during the Quaternary. The lake appears to be a conjugated factors of the Rivas isthmus Quaternary orogenesis, the Nicaragua's grabben neotectonic and the arrival of sedimentary floods (fans) from the Central and Guanacaste volcanic ranges in Costa Rica: [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
