Tenth Anniversary Conference of the Russian Library Association.

The authors summarize the tenth annual conference of the Russian Library Association, held in St. Petersburg in May 2005, as well as the Fourth International Nevskii Book Forum, which took place at the same time. The paper discusses the current slate of libraries in Russia and in St. Petersburg and also the work of the RL4's sections and round tables.
