Abstract

The article presents a case report on a triplet pregnancy with a complete mole and coexisting fetuses. A 34-year-old Japanese woman treated for infertility became pregnant following artificial insemination. Ultrasonographic examination at 9 weeks revealed a triplet pregnancy with a complete hydatidiform moles (CHM). The pregnancy was terminated at 10 weeks due to the risk of persistent trophoblastic disease (PTD).
