Abstract
- This article presents a study on successful pregnancies involving men with chronic myeloid leukemia on imatinib therapy. Imatinib has been discovered to inhibit potently other tyrosine kinases. In addition, there have also been reports of spontaneous abortion and meningocoele, highlighting potential risks of conception while undergoing imatinib therapy.
