Design and Implementation of DMBonIP Gateway to Provide Internet Based DMB Service.

This paper introduces a novel approach for extending DMB service area by making use of existing IP networks. DMBonIP Gateway, which provides RTP/SDP based internet streaming service by generating media streams in real time from the DMB ensemble received from the air, is introduced for this purpose.
