Abstract
- The article deals with the contributions of Back Office Conversion to improve utility in electronic payment systems. The author states that Back Office Conversion is the process of collecting eligible checks and converting an Automated Clearing House transaction in a manned bill payment location. The author also mentions that the process changes the way in which checks are processed.
