Abstract
- The article reports that some customers are still reporting problems with Microsoft Outlook and their calendars despite Microsoft officials declaring that the worst of the problems relating to the daylight-saving time (DST) change is over. IT administrators running Microsoft software have had problems because their users' systems had to be individually patched. Rich Kaplan, vice president for customer service, partners and automation, pointed out that the call volumes and problems have subsided to a moderate and manageable level. However, he admitted that some customers could run into issues, such as Microsoft Outlook Web access and recurring appointments and meetings.
