Abstract: The article reports that Development & Finishing Institute Inc. will begin accepting students for its Spring and Summer 2007 classes during three registration sessions to be held at Harlem in New York City. Development & Finishing Institute has been recognized by the periodical "The New York Times" for its innovative approach to teaching urban youth social skills.
