Abstract
- The article reports on a paper which applies scenario planning using assumptions based on technology adoption, greenhouse gas regulations and fuel prices to examine the economics of generation technologies. The results reveal that effective renewable technologies such as wind, geothermal, hydro and biomass will not require large subsidies.
