Abstract
- The article focuses on a partnership which was enacted in 2001 between Yahoo! Inc. and AT&T's predecessor, SBC Communications Inc. With the partnership, the two companies agreed to both sell Internet access to millions of U.S. consumers. Since 2001, AT&T has seen substantial growth which has led to a 2007decision to scale back its partnership with Yahoo, and remove itself from the partnership, which expires in 2008.
