Abstract

The article presents a case report of short-lasting unilateral neuralgiform headache with conjunctival injection and tearing syndrome in a 22-year-old woman treated with cabergoline for prolactinoma. It references a study by P.E. Jiménez Caballero published in the January 2007 issue of "Cephalgia." One month after receiving the drug, the patient developed left retro-orbital pain that lasted for less than a minute. Her headaches disappeared and she remained pain-free since the drug was discontinued.
