The article presents a case report of short-lasting unilateral neuralgiform headache with conjunctival injection and tearing syndrome in a 22-year-old woman treated with cabergoline for prolactinoma. One month after receiving the drug, the patient developed left retro-orbital pain that lasted for less than a minute.
