Karoubianness of a triangulated category

Abstract: We prove that triangulated categories with bounded t-structures are Karoubian. Consequently, for an Ext-finite abelian category over a commutative noetherian complete local ring, its bounded derived category is Krull–Schmidt. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]
