Abstract
- The article reports on Andrea Parhamovich, a 28-year-old political consultant in the "Newsweek" magazine, who was killed in an ambush in Baghdad on January 17, 2006. Parhamovich has taught Iraqi politicians the art to communicate with constituents. She was a staff member of the National Democratic Institute, a charitable group led by Madeleine K. Albright, the former Secretary of State. During the attack, Parhamovich was in an institute convoy outside the Green Zone area in Baghdad.
