Abstract
- The article presents history and criticism of postcolonial English-language South Asian fiction of Mohsin Hamid. The focus is on the book "Moth Smoke", which contains themes of historical allegory and economic globalization. The novel analyzes contemporary Lahore, Pakistan through a post-post-colonial framework, with emphasis on how globalization has transformed the city and Pakistanis.
