Risperidone.

The article presents a case report of a female patient who experienced hyperprolactinemia, weight gain and lipid metabolism disorders after receiving risperidone. A laparotomy enucleation of the tumor was performed after she was diagnosed with a right ovary teratoma. She was also given aripiprazole. Following the treatment, the patient's oligomenorrhea and breast swelling were resolved.
