Abstract: The article discusses Logan Fox selling his independent bookstore Micawber Books to Princeton University. Fox discusses how he believes popular culture has given up on talking about books, and instead talk about television programs or motion pictures. The selling of Micawber is similar to what is happening to many independent booksellers, who are having a hard time competing with online booksellers and huge chains stores.
