Abstract

An abstract of the study "Findings in Older Children With Abusive Head Injury: Does Shaken-Child Syndrome Exist?," is presented. It aims to determine the possibility of rotational forces sufficient to cause shaken-baby syndrome-like injuries in children more than two years old. Multilayered retinal hemorrhages and acute subdural hematoma were presented in all the cases examined in the study.
