Abstract: The article presents an abstract of the research paper "AnkyrinG and the Localization of Sodium Channels in the Axonal Membrane." It will be presented in the joint meeting of the International Society for Neurochemistry and the European Society for Neurochemistry that will be held in Berlin, Germany from August 8-14, 1999. The paper determines the role of ankyrin gene in the localization of voltage-gated sodium channels with the help of an ankyrin gene in the mouse cerebellum.
