Identification of a novel HLA-DRB3 allele, DRB3*020205, by sequence-based typing.

The article presents nucleotide sequences, which have been submitted to the GenBank sequence database. They were provided with the DQ309438 accession number and were assigned with the DRB3*020205 nomenclature. The name was given by the Nomenclature Committee of the World Health Organization in August 2006. Based from the nomenclature report, new sequences will be assigned for names based on their identity.
