Nutritional and Botanical Approaches to Antiaging.

The article reports on the nutritional and botanical approaches to anti-aging. According to theories of cellular aging, the aging process is believed to be a result of accumulation of cellular damage and mutation. With the suggestion that aging may result from the accumulation of cell damage, interventions to produce antioxidant activities to possibly slow down the aging process are possible.
